A light role, by design
Transporters and forwarders do one or two things on each trade, and do them on a phone.
Drivers need no account
The trip card arrives by SMS with the trip reference. The truck is tracked, and stops and exceptions are logged as they happen.
Handover at the port
At Tema or Takoradi the forwarder accepts the cargo under a joint checklist, attends the stuffing and countersigns the container record.
Works where the road does
The app works offline and syncs when there is signal, so nothing recorded offline is lost.
What each role does
Transporters work between the hub and the gate. Forwarders take over at the port on export trades.

The forwarder is never the exporter of record. That is always the seller on the trade.
What you need to join
Haulage firms and freight forwarders join as organisations. Forwarders are approved by Miziba operations after a site visit before they take part in a trade.

Freight is paid under your contract with the trader or the buyer. Miziba does not pay or collect freight.
