What changes for an aggregator
The weight you load is the weight on the record, signed by two people with no stake in the price.
Your weight, recorded once
Two officers weigh on a calibrated weighbridge, count the bags and seal the load at your hub. The record travels with the truck.
Paid at loading
On an escrow-funded trade, 90% is released from escrow when loading is signed. The 10% retention follows acceptance, or seven days without a written objection.
You state the quality
You sign your own quality statement against the buyer’s specification. The buyer accepts it or objects in writing. Nobody else judges it.
Your part of a trade
Most of the work happens at your hub. After that, you can follow the truck and your payments.
| Step | What you do | What you see |
|---|---|---|
| Registered | Confirm you are the supplier on the trade. | The buyer’s specification and the volume ordered. |
| Funded | Nothing. | That the money is in escrow before you load. |
| Hub | Present the lot and sign your quality statement. | The officers’ weights, counts and seals as they record them. |
| Moved | Nothing. | Departure and arrival. |
| Delivered | Nothing. | The gate weight and the quality window. |
| Settled | Nothing. | Each payment to you, with its reference. |
On a trade the trader funds alone, the trader pays you directly under your agreement. The record is the same.
Run your hub on Workspace.
Record what you buy from farmers and groups, what sits in stock at each site, which trucks left and what you were paid. Your records, labelled as yours, never mixed with the verified trade.
- Procurement and stock by site, in kilograms
- Trucks and dispatch, with each dispatch officer seeing only their own trucks
- Works offline at the hub and syncs when there is signal

Questions
Who decides which aggregator supplies a trade?
The trader. Miziba never assigns suppliers, ranks them or recommends one over another.
Do I need a smartphone?
No. You sign on the field officer’s device at the hub.
What if the gate weight is lower than the loading weight?
Both weights are on the record for both sides. The tolerance in your contract applies, and the difference is settled under it.
Can a cooperative join?
Yes, as an organisation, with its registration documents and a named contact who can act for it.
Does Miziba charge me a commission?
No. Miziba takes no commission and no share of any price. Its fees are agreed before the trade and invoiced.
