Questions

Do I choose my suppliers?

Yes. Miziba never chooses, ranks or recommends counterparties.

Can I see what the trader paid?

No. Each party reads only its own part of the record.

What happens if I object?

Object in writing within seven days, with your evidence. The retention stays in escrow while you and the seller settle it. Miziba does not decide who is right.

Who holds my money?

The partner bank, in escrow under the trade’s reference. Miziba never holds trade funds.

Can buyers outside Ghana use Miziba?

Yes. Export trades run through forwarders admitted to Miziba, and the export documents sit on the same record.
