1.1This site is operated by Miziba Infrastructure Ltd, a company registered in Ghana under number CS063650326, of Accra, Ghana (“Miziba”, “we”).
1.2These terms govern your use of this public website. Use of the Miziba platform after you sign in is governed by the agreement your organisation signs with us, which prevails over these terms.
2. What this site is
2.1This site describes the Miziba platform and how a trade is recorded on it. It is information, not an offer of finance, an invitation to invest or advice of any kind.
2.2Miziba does not take deposits, lend, guarantee repayment, hold trade funds or take title to commodity. Any finance described on this site is provided by partner banks, each of which makes its own credit decision on its own terms.
3. Specimen records and figures
3.1Trade records shown on this site are specimens for illustration. No live trade data appears on this site.
3.2Market figures are taken from the sources named beside them. Programme terms, such as advance rates and pilot sizes, describe a programme design and are set finally in each bank’s own credit approval.
4. Accounts
4.1Creating an account starts an application. An account is opened only after Miziba operations complete the identity check for your organisation.
4.2You must be authorised to act for the organisation you register, and the information you give must be true and complete.
5. Acceptable use
5.1You must not attempt to access accounts or records that are not yours, interfere with the site’s operation, or use automated means to collect content from it.
6. Intellectual property
6.1The Miziba name, mark, text and design of this site belong to Miziba Infrastructure Ltd. You may share links to the site and quote it with attribution.
7. Liability
7.1We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, Miziba is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site’s content without a signed agreement.
8. Applications and identity checks
8.1Information and documents you submit when applying are used to decide whether to open an account, under these terms and the privacy notice, until your organisation signs its agreement with us.
9. Changes and law
9.1We may update these terms and will show the date of the current version on this page.
9.2These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction.
9.3Where this site is offered in another language and the versions differ, the English text prevails.
