What changes for a trader

You keep your buyers, your suppliers and your price. Miziba adds the evidence a bank needs to fund the trade.

Purchase finance against your equity

A partner bank can advance up to 65% of the purchase cost against equity of at least 35% from you, depending on the buyer’s tier. You are the borrower of record, and the bank decides.

One record for everyone who asks

The buyer, the bank and the forwarder read the same weights, seals and receipts. Nothing to retype, and one set of facts if there is an argument later.

Your own books, kept apart

Workspace holds your trucks, contracts, stock, invoices and payments. It is yours alone and never mixed with the trade record.

Your part of a trade

What you do at each step, and what you can see. Everything else is recorded by the person who was there.

StepWhat you doWhat you see
RegisteredName the trade: commodity, volume, buyer, aggregator and funding.Miziba operations’ validation, and any document still missing.
FundedPut your equity into escrow. The bank approves its advance. The escrow balance, held at the bank under the trade’s reference.
HubConfirm the lot is the one you ordered.Weight, count and seals signed by two officers, and the aggregator’s quality statement.
MovedNothing. The driver carries a trip card. The truck’s position, its stops and any exception.
DeliveredOn export trades, confirm the handover to the forwarder. The gate receipt or the port handover, and the quality window.
SettledNothing. The bank pays out in the fixed order.Your settlement statement, with your margin paid last.

On export trades the seller is the exporter of record, never Miziba, a finance partner or the forwarder.

Your own books, between trades.

Workspace keeps the records you already keep on paper and phones, labelled as yours and kept apart from the verified trade. Use it on every deal, financed or not.

Questions

Does Miziba lend me money?

No. A partner bank decides and provides the purchase finance. Miziba records the trade.

Will Miziba find buyers for me?

No. You bring your buyer. Members can find each other in the network, on their own terms.

Can my buyer see my margin?

No. Your buyer sees its order, the goods and its payment, not your purchase price.

What does it cost?

Fees are agreed before the trade and always invoiced. Where money is in escrow, they are paid third in the payment order. They never depend on margin or outcome.

What happens if the buyer objects to quality?

The retention stays in escrow while you settle it under your contract. Miziba records each step and does not decide who is right.
