One platform. Three records it keeps apart.
The verified trade record, your own business records, and a network where members find each other. Each has its own rules and its own label, so nobody can mistake one for another.
Every record says who stands behind it.
A bank must never mistake a trader’s own notes for a verified trade. So every screen, share and export carries one of three labels.
Verified trade
The financed or escrow-funded trade, recorded at each step by the person who was there. Banks read it in their own book.
Workspace
Your own records of deals, trucks, stock, invoices and payments. Private to you. Never used in a credit decision.
Network
Sourcing rooms, Opportunities, Verified Lots and Programs, where members find each other. Miziba keeps the rules and takes no part.
Switch on what you need.
Use one part, two or all three, and change your choice any time in Settings. Each opens when its checks are done.
Workspace: your own books, kept apart.
The records a trading business keeps every day, bank or no bank. Labelled as yours, private to your team, and never used in a credit decision.

Deals
Each deal in your own reference format, from contract to delivery, with every change kept as a new version.
Trucks
Trucks, drivers and trips, with dispatch officers seeing only the trucks assigned to them.
Accounts
Invoices, payments received, advances, expenses and margins, visible only to your Admin and Accounts users.
Procurement and stock
Purchases, weights and stock by site, in kilograms, as you record them.
Documents
Contracts, waybills and photographs, filed against the deal they belong to.
Business reports
Your own reports, and a Tenant Records Pack you can choose to share with a bank.
The network: members find each other.
Members find each other and deal on their own terms. Miziba runs the rules and keeps the record, and takes no share.
Sourcing rooms
Rooms run by their owners, where members request quotes, respond and award. An accepted award can become a draft deal in Workspace.

Opportunities
Members post what they want to buy or sell. Posts go without names to members whose declared profiles fit a published rule. Names are revealed only with both sides’ consent.

Verified Lots
Lots listed by their sellers, with the weights, seals and handovers Miziba recorded. Quality is stated by the seller.
Shown as: Process facts verified by Miziba
Programs
Supplier programs run by a buyer or an organisation. Each claim shows how it was checked and when. The owner makes every decision.

Verified trade
If the deal is to be financed or run through escrow, the trader registers it as a verified trade.
Questions
Do I need Workspace to use the verified trade?
No. Many businesses start with Workspace and register a verified trade only when a bank or escrow is involved.
Can a bank see my Workspace?
Only what you choose to share, as a Tenant Records Pack marked “Not verified by Miziba”. Workspace is never used in a credit decision.
Can Miziba staff read my records, rooms or requests?
Not by default. Support access needs a time-limited, logged, read-only grant from you, and never shows another member’s content.
Can I use just one part?
Yes. Choose any one, two or all three, and add or pause them later in Settings. Pausing keeps your records.
When is each part open?
Parts open to members in stages, on the same rule for everyone. Your onboarding guide will tell you what is open.
Start with your own records.
Create an account, set up Workspace for your business, and take part in the network and in verified trades when you are ready.
